Potato with Cauliflower

Cauliflower                     1 medium sized
Potatoes			2 large ones
Coriander-Cumin powder		1 tbsp.
Cumin seeds			1/2 tsp.
Bay leaf			2
Green Chillies			2-3
Garam masala powder		1/2 tsp.
Salt				To taste

  1. Cut the cauliflower into medium size florets, slice the potatoes
    into cubes, wash and keep.
  2. Lightly fry cauliflower and potatoes separately and keep them aside.
  3. Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds and bay leaves and fry lightly.
  4. Add coriander-cumin powder, and fry for 20 seconds.
  5. Add half fried vegetables and mix well. Add 3/4 cup of hot water,
    salt, lower the heat and simmer until cooked.
  6. Lastly add green chillies, salt. Once the gravy thickens and the
    veetables become soft, add small ghee and the garam masala powder.
  7. Serve hot with chapati.
