Potatoes 250 gms Fenugreek leaves (methi leaves) 2 bunches Garlic crushed 4 flakes Onion minced 1 no Tomatoes diced 3 nos Green chillies 4 nos Coriander powder 1 tbsp Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp Chilli powder To taste Ghee/margarine/oil 2 tbsp Salt To taste

- Sprinkle salt on leaves and set aside for 15 minutes and then squeeze dry.
- Heat oil and fry garlic and onion till soft.
- Peel the potatoes and cut into cubes. Put the potatoes and fry for five minutes and add leaves, spices and salt and cook till dry.
- Put in tomatoes and cover tightly and cook till the potatoes are tender. Serve hot.
