Condensed Milk 1/2 tin Curd/yogurt 500 gms Paneer/cottage cheese 100 gms Mango essence 1 tsp Sugar 2 tsp

- Put the curd in a muslin cloth and allow to hang for 10 minutes.
- Press to make sure the excess water is removed.
- Mash the paneer till smooth and creamy
- Blend with condensed milk and mango essence in a blender to make it smooth.
- fold in curd and chill till almost frozen.
