Condensed Milk			1/2 tin
Curd/yogurt			500 gms
Paneer/cottage cheese		100 gms
Mango essence			1 tsp
Sugar				2 tsp

  1. Put the curd in a muslin cloth and allow to hang for 10 minutes.
  2. Press to make sure the excess water is removed.
  3. Mash the paneer till smooth and creamy
  4. Blend with condensed milk and mango essence in a blender to make it smooth.
  5. fold in curd and chill till almost frozen.
