Bread Pancakes


Bread				1 loaf
Onion chopped			2
Tomatoes chopped		2
Coriander leaves chopped	2 tbsp
Green chillies chopped		4-6
Ginger grated			1/2 tsp
Oil				3 tbsp
Salt 				To taste

       For garnishing:

Tomatoes cut into rings
Onions chopped
Coriander leaves chopped



  1. Dip the bread slices in water and remove the water immediately, pressing it with your palm.
  2. Mash the bread nicely. Add onions, coriander, green chillies, ginger, salt, tomatoes and make it like a thick batter. If needed add small water. (If you prefer, you can add small curd instead of water).
  3. Heat non-sticking pan. Pour small batter on that and spread slowly like pancakes.
  4. Add small oil around the pancake. Roast both the sides.
  5. Garnish with tomatoes, onions and coriander leaves.
  6. Serve hot with coconut chutney.
