Bread Rolls
Bread slices 10 nos
Thick yogurt 1 cup
Coriander leaves chopped 1 tbsp
Green chillies chopped 2
Red chilli powder 1 tsp
Mustard seeds 2 tsp
Oil/margarine 1 tbsp
Salt To taste
- Remove the excess water from the yogurt.
- Add chopped green chillies, coriander leaves, salt, red chilli powder and
mix thoroughly.
- Spread the above mixture on a piece of bread. Cover with another slice.
- Make similar sandwiches with the rest of the mixture and bread slices.
- Now Heat flat pan with 1/2 tsp of oil. Add 1/4 tsp of mustard seeds.
- Once the mustard starts to splutter, put the sandwich on that. Slowly
press with flat spoon and roast till light brown.
- Add some more oil and mustard seeds. Roast the other side of the sandwich
till light brown.
- Do similarly with all the sandwiches and serve hot.
