Bread Rolls


Bread slices			10 nos
Thick yogurt			1 cup
Coriander leaves chopped	1 tbsp
Green chillies chopped		2
Red chilli powder		1 tsp
Mustard seeds			2 tsp
Oil/margarine			1 tbsp
Salt 				To taste

      

  1. Remove the excess water from the yogurt.
  2. Add chopped green chillies, coriander leaves, salt, red chilli powder and mix thoroughly.
  3. Spread the above mixture on a piece of bread. Cover with another slice.
  4. Make similar sandwiches with the rest of the mixture and bread slices.
  5. Now Heat flat pan with 1/2 tsp of oil. Add 1/4 tsp of mustard seeds.
  6. Once the mustard starts to splutter, put the sandwich on that. Slowly press with flat spoon and roast till light brown.
  7. Add some more oil and mustard seeds. Roast the other side of the sandwich till light brown.
  8. Do similarly with all the sandwiches and serve hot.
