Paneer 500 gms Capsicum 100 gms Coriander seeds 2 tsp Whole red chillies 4 nos Green chillies minced 3 nos Kasoori methi (dry 1 tsp fenugreek leaves) Green chillies chopped 2 Ginger chopped 2 tbsp Tomatoes chopped 4 nos Coriander chopped 2 tbsp Ghee/butter/oil 3 tbsp Salt To taste
For the paste:
6 cloves garlic mixed with a little water.

- Slice the paneer and capsicum into thin long strips.
- Pound the coriander seeds and red chillies together.
- Heat the oil, add garlic paste and cook on a slow flame for a few seconds.
Add green chillies and ginger and fry again for a few seconds. - Add tomatoes and cook until the oil comes on top.
- Add kasoori methi and salt and fry again for a few seconds.
- Finally, add the sliced paneer and cook for a few minutes. Sprinkle coriander on top and serve hot.
