Sweet French Toast


Bread slices			2-3
Oil 				For frying
Sugar syrup			300 ml
Milk				1 litre
Sugar				3 tbsp 
Mixed dry fruits, chopped	50 gms

  For garnishing:
Handful of chopped nuts, fried

  1. Heat heavy bottomed vessel and boil the milk stirring it occasionally till it becomes less than half.
  2. Add the sugar and boil for 15 minutes. Don't forget to stir constantly.
  3. Cut each bread slice in a circle and then in quarters (or whichever shape you prefer).
  4. Heat oil and deep fry the bread pieces in hot oil till golden brown.
  5. Sprinkle a little sugar syrup over the bread pieces.
  6. Arrange the bread pieces on a plate.
  7. Coat them with the milk. Sprinkle chopped nuts before serving.
