
For the cakeCondensed milk 1/2 tin Gelatine 2 tsp Milk 1 1/2 cups Cornflour 1 tbsp Orange essence 1 1/2 tsp Sugar 6 tsp Fresh cream 200 gms Lemon juice 4 tsp Oranges 2

- Dissolve cornflour in 1/2 cup milk.
- Heat one cup milk with sugar.
- Add cornflour to the boiling milk, stirring continuously.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes till it starts coating the back of spoon.
- Remove from fire. Cool. Add condensed milk. Mix.
- Mix gelatine in 1/2 cup water. Heat on slow fire to dissolve it.
- Mix the gelatine with the luke warm milk.
- Keep in the freezer till thick.
- Beat. Add 150 gms cream, keeping aside 50 gms for decoration. Add essence, colour(optional) and lemon juice. Mix well.
- Transfer to a serving dish and freeze till set.
- Put lots of orange segments on the set dessert.
- Whip 50 gms cream with 1 tbsp powdered sugar till soft peaks are formed. Pipe a border using a star nozzle with the icing cone.
- Keep in the fridge till the time of serving.
