Orange Mouse with Fresh Oranges


      For the cake
Condensed milk			1/2 tin
Gelatine			2 tsp
Milk				1 1/2 cups
Cornflour			1 tbsp
Orange essence			1 1/2 tsp
Sugar				6 tsp
Fresh cream			200 gms
Lemon juice			4 tsp
Oranges				2

  1. Dissolve cornflour in 1/2 cup milk.
  2. Heat one cup milk with sugar.
  3. Add cornflour to the boiling milk, stirring continuously.
  4. Cook for 2-3 minutes till it starts coating the back of spoon.
  5. Remove from fire. Cool. Add condensed milk. Mix.
  6. Mix gelatine in 1/2 cup water. Heat on slow fire to dissolve it.
  7. Mix the gelatine with the luke warm milk.
  8. Keep in the freezer till thick.
  9. Beat. Add 150 gms cream, keeping aside 50 gms for decoration. Add essence, colour(optional) and lemon juice. Mix well.
  10. Transfer to a serving dish and freeze till set.
  11. Put lots of orange segments on the set dessert.
  12. Whip 50 gms cream with 1 tbsp powdered sugar till soft peaks are formed. Pipe a border using a star nozzle with the icing cone.
  13. Keep in the fridge till the time of serving.
