Orange Phirni


Rice				250 gms
Oranges				2 nos
Milk				Half litre
Sugar				150 gms
Orange essence			1/4 tsp
Dry fruits, chopped to garnish	1 tbsp
  
  

  1. Extract orange juice and keep aside.
  2. Wash and soak the rice for half an hour. Drain out the water. Grind the rice to a fine paste.
  3. Bring the milk to a boil. Add the rice paste and keep stirring constantly. cook till done and thick.
  4. Add sugar and stir well.
  5. When cool, add orange juice and orange essence and mix well.
  6. Set in small pots. Garnish with chopped dry fruits.
  7. Serve chilled.
