Sabudana Vada


Sabudana			1 cup
Boiled potatoes			2-3
Green chillies chopped		2 nos
Coriander leaves chopped	1 tbsp
Oil				For frying
Asafoetida			1/2 tsp
Salt 				To taste

  1. Soak the sabudana in water for 4 hours and strain the water.
  2. Grate the boiled potatoes. Add sabudana and mash together.
  3. Add chillies, coriander leaves, asafoetida, salt to the mixture.
  4. Make vada like shape with the above mixture and deep fry in hot oil.
  5. Once fried, drain in paper towel as these vadas absorb too much oil.
