Vanilla Mousse


Condensed Milk			1/2 tin
Apple				1 
Vanilla essence			1 1/2 tsp
Cream				200 gms
Gelatine			2 tsp
Lemon juice			3 tsp
Powdered sugar			2 tbsp
Water				200 ml

  1. Mix gelatine in 1/2 cup water. Heat on slow fire till it dissolves.
  2. Beat condensed milk in a pan till creamy.
  3. Grate unpeeled apple and sprinkle lemon juice over it.
  4. To the condensed milk, add 1 1/4 cups water, sugar, gelatine solution and grated apple. Mix well.
  5. chill in the freezer till the mixture is thick.
  6. Beat well. Add essence and cream. Set in the freezer. When set, remove from freezer and keep in the fridge.
