Condensed Milk 1/2 tin Apple 1 Vanilla essence 1 1/2 tsp Cream 200 gms Gelatine 2 tsp Lemon juice 3 tsp Powdered sugar 2 tbsp Water 200 ml

- Mix gelatine in 1/2 cup water. Heat on slow fire till it dissolves.
- Beat condensed milk in a pan till creamy.
- Grate unpeeled apple and sprinkle lemon juice over it.
- To the condensed milk, add 1 1/4 cups water, sugar, gelatine solution and grated apple. Mix well.
- chill in the freezer till the mixture is thick.
- Beat well. Add essence and cream. Set in the freezer. When set, remove from freezer and keep in the fridge.
