Vermicilli Masala Vada


Vermicilli			1 cup
Yogurt				1 cup
Red chillies			8
Ginger grated			1 tsp
Garlic finely chopped		4
cloves				3
Onions chopped			1
Curry leaves			few
Coriander leaves		A small bunch
Oil				For deep frying
Salt 				To taste



  1. Soak vermicilli in yogurt for one hour.
  2. Grind ginger, garlic, red chillies, cloves and salt finely.
  3. Mix this paste with the soaked vermicilli.
  4. Add chopped onions, curry leaves and coriander leaves to it.
  5. Make small balls out of this and deep fry in oil
