Vermicilli 1 cup Yogurt 1 cup Red chillies 8 Ginger grated 1 tsp Garlic finely chopped 4 cloves 3 Onions chopped 1 Curry leaves few Coriander leaves A small bunch Oil For deep frying Salt To taste

- Soak vermicilli in yogurt for one hour.
- Grind ginger, garlic, red chillies, cloves and salt finely.
- Mix this paste with the soaked vermicilli.
- Add chopped onions, curry leaves and coriander leaves to it.
- Make small balls out of this and deep fry in oil
